SCSI South East Region Annual Black-tie dinner took place on Friday 10th November in Lyrath Estate, Kilkenny. Over 120 people attended and were welcomed to the event by Gillian Tyrrell chairperson of the South East Region.
The evening kicked off with a drinks reception followed by the opening address from the SCSI President Colin Bray, the after dinner speaker was Bobby Kerr, chairman of Insomnia Coffee and broadcaster. Bobby offered great insights into being brave, taking chances and making innovation happen for you.
The Lord Mayor of Kilkenny Michael Doyle along with the chairs from the other regional professional groups Pat Carter, Andrew O’ Gorman and Michael Mooring were all in attendance. The evening ended with music from the local jazz trio hot for jazz, all in all a great evening of networking and making connections for all who attended.
