This year, the FM sub-committee at the Society have put their heads together to bring about exciting changes to FM Ireland 2017. For this years conference, the Society has teamed up with BIFM to offer attendees two full days of interesting topics relating to core FM activities while at the same time exploring how FM is changing and can change through the strategic agenda.
The latest Tender Price Index shows that construction tender prices increased by 2.9% in the second half of 2016.
The Society’s research found that prices increased by 6.3% for the year as a whole.
