A Flexible Way to Gain a Recognised Qualification – BSc (Hons) in Property Studies

The BSc (Hons) Property Studies is a part-time 4-year degree course run by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, in partnership with DIT Bolton Street.

Aimed at busy property professionals who wish to gain a recognised qualification, and competitive edge, in today’s challenging and evolving market, this unique course offers a flexible approach to learning.

The course is at Level 8 (honours degree) on the National Framework of Qualifications and carries 240 European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) credits.

Students who wish to leave the course after two years of study will be entitled to receive an exit award at Level 6 (higher certificate)  which carries 120 ECTS credits- this is  the minimum academic qualification requirement set down by the Property Services Regulatory Authority to obtain an property service provider license; a Guide to becoming a Licensed Property Services Provider is available on the PSRA website www.psr.ie
